Well, got my date for lap band surgery....a little freaked since I have some leg swelling and I am little cocerned that it is DVT or something that would preclude the surgery...HOPE NOT! told my Mom today and while that should seem easy for a 47 y.o. man....what she thinks matters a lot. She was fine with it!.

The show I filled in for is over and I am done......I hate knowing things I cannot divulge......Head neck and ears into an election, Seussical, a huge concert at Work and budget and contract negotiations for the BOE.......Other than that not busy!

Amazing vacation with my love to see me babydoll and sister in FL....worried about my sister...hope things improve.

Back again........feeling a little better about myself......working toward the surgery.....passed a hurtle...My MD....he is for it and we have arranged a physical...Happier!

dance class

Taught a dance class tonight...Feel like crap now....waiting to eat...may I am hungry...wish I could live off the fat. Waiting to get questionnaire from lap band doc. Wish it could be tomorrow.........

So I am back........I know...it has been a long time.....

In a weird place right now....I can't seem to control my weight and it is affecting everything. I have contacted a Dr. and am looking into a procedure....he said I seem to qualify. Don't know how folks will take it......Don't know if it will tell them...... I really am concerned about my health and I need to lose weight to help that!

I think I will be back here more often!
